Welcome!

Sydney has availability on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Her goal with treatment is to provide individualized treatment plans for each patient with a rehabilitation and relaxation-based approach. She may use up to 5 minutes to complete an assessment to ensure that each area of concern is addressed during treatment.

If it is your first time seeing Sydney, kindly ensure that your Health History Intake Form has been completed prior to your arrival.

Upon arrival, please use parking spaces numbered 16 or 17 outside UNIT #17. There is also space on the side of the parking lot, facing Harvester Rd.
